With today’s tough competition among various companies, in order to stands out among the crowd, focusing on the user experience is something that a company needs to do, and must continue to monitor the situation closely in order to meet the high standard or expectation of the customers.
One good example is of course my all-time favourite company – Apple, which has done fairly well in a recent customer survey conducted by Forrester Research. Some 4,500 U.S. consumers were asked about their interactions with a wide range of companies — from airlines to banks to insurance providers — and rate them according to their usefulness, ease of use and enjoyability. Although Apple was ranked 23 out of 113 in the end, but when compared with its rivals such as Dell, HP or microsoft, it has far exceeded them.
With Apple as a good role model for me, I have always hope to bring DreamPlus Studio to a higher standard of service, and thus satisfying more customers. Although, its quite impossible to make everyone happy, but I have always been striving towards a better experience…
