As I am currently working in a start-up company, I realized that we just can’t completely rely on a member. Can you imagine what will happen if one of the members gone missing, will it affect the operation of the company? Working in team, can also mean that we need to be independent as well, independent in the sense that you stands out individually in a team, and not living under the shadow of another person. For a start-up, there is always some risks to take, and there is no right or wrong. By compromising one another decisions, and continue to play your own role well, I believe it will help the company to progress more healthily.
