tysoh’s first 3D Eco-Friendly House Concept, is fully based on VRML (Virtual Reality Modeling Language). As the word ‘eco-friendly’ implies, the house is basically build around simplicity, and how to make use of the natural resources efficiently, such as the air for breathing, sunlight for seeing, water for human consumption and plant irrigation.
Air – Number of wall partitions within the house have been reduced, to allow maximum air-flow and to move around the house more easily (e.g the living room area and dining area have been combined together).
Sunlight – More glass panels have been built into the walls, to allow maximum sunlight to pour in (e.g Dining Area), this will help to reduce the chance of switching on the electrical light, thus reducing electricity. Not only that, while people are having their meals, they can also enjoy the green scenery outside the house, and also knowing what’s going on in the backyard.
Water - A water purification system has also been installed above the house (rectangular shaped), in addition it can also use for storing water during the dry season.
Following are the 7 screenshots I have done for the house, its suppose to be a 3D walk-through since its VRML, but due to copyright concern, as the project was done under the school supervision, therefore if you are interested to see the whole house in “real” 3D walk-through, just send an email to me, then will provide the link to you.
