CSS Web Template Design
I deal with web layouts, which are based on (X)HTML/CSS design (100% hand-coded). They are known as the standard and best recommended solution in the market now. CSS is claimed to be an easier way to maintain or update your site, and it will greatly enhance the web pages download speed. Usability and Accessibility are the core factors in my design.

For usability, you can assure that all the websites I created are easy to read, easy to navigate, easy to find, quick to download and consistent in layout and design.

For accessibility, the sites are tested across popular web browsers such as Internet Explorer, Firefox, Opera and Safari, other less commonly used browsers like Camino (Mac), Flock and etc. are also taken care of. Therefore, viewing on different computer platforms will have no problem. Additional pages that are ordered on top of the website template design, would follow the same template/design as the main page interface and bears only a small extra fee.

Flash is the most efficient means of animation on the web at the moment. It has now become a very well-recognized format on the internet, and it is estimated that over 90% of web users now have the Flash Player installed on their computers. Appropriate use of animations for the websites, can certainly help to make a site more attractive, interactive and dynamic.

All my print works are based on either CMYK or Spot color, which cater to the higher standard for printing. Logo is one of the most important parts of your company. When it's done right, not only will it be easy for the public to identify what you are offering, but it also leaves a lasting impression. The logos I design are 100% unique. They can be used however you like, whether it be printing or just web design. eCommerce, Blog, CMS, Gallery, Forum Solutions
Do you want to have a customized virtual store, blog, CMS, gallery or forums that fits your unique style, within the shortest time and lowest price? Based on the latest and best open-source scripts available online, I will be merging both functionality and CSS template design together to meet your requirements. In addition, all the files will be uploaded to the web server for you (*require domain and web space). All you need to do is to type in the site URL into your browser, and see it online! It will never be more easy than that!

With this free service (entitled to a full website project only), I will be using the latest SEO technology tools or methods, to help promote your site in major search engines (i.e. Google, Yahoo!, MSN, Ask). Since I submit and optimize your site for free, I cannot guarantee high-rank placement or inclusion to any or all of these search engines. However, I will start you off on the right foot and will be happy to assist in any way I can.

* Unlimited revisions is to say that you can have unlimited changes to the existing 1 concept only, the changes are usually very minimum. If you require more concepts, additional charges apply.



Pay-As-You-Request Web Maintenance
This service is available to those websites which are created by DreamPlus Studio only. Poor website management and maintenance will eventually turn potential prospects away. Instead, they will visit your competitors' websites.

After the full payment has been made by the client, for any web project, it will be placed automatically under this program, free for 2 months. After which, any further amendments to the work will be considered as an add, and it will be charged at the hourly rate of SGD 60 / Hr.

With this program, DreamPlus Studio will help to manage and update the website for you, doing routine backup for the files, and ensuring your websites are always in tip-top conditions. Every amendment you requested through the email, will be documented by me with an estimated time required. And I will only bill to you quarterly.

DreamPlus Studio provides free services for charitable non-profit organizations, and encourages them to use the Internet to extend their reach within the community. In order to qualify for this offer, the organization must be a charitable organization located in any part of the world.
