These little icons you have seen above are known as product specification icons, which are commonly used to display next to the product itself, to tell people what kind of special functions can the products perform.

Design Considerations:

• Rounded edge font for optimal readability when scaled down
• Two tone color scheme for optimal contrast
• Two shapes, circle and rectangle are used to layer the texts, to make it look neater and focused, thus easier for reading
• Basic shapes for the icons, will allow it to blend into all kinds of background easily

Design Concept: I have make use of their company color theme red and gray, together with white and sky blue to show off the contrast. The overall look is to give it a spacious, sleek and light feeling, a basic Flash header is also added in the homepage, to bring out the motto for the site – ‘Bringing you cool… clean… air. For the top navigation bar, I have added CSS drop-down box for the products button, to provide an easier way to see all the categories at one glance. And the script has been customized specially to work across different popular browsers.
